MAXISTAR-MICRO Returns Policy

The return period in our online store is 14 days from receipt of the order.

Below we explain how to proceed in each case:

1. Product damaged during shipping

Upon receiving the product, please inspect it carefully. If you find that it has been damaged during shipping, you must contact us immediately through our contact channels or by calling 631630184, where we will advise you on the next steps.


2. Incorrect product

If we have made a mistake in shipping your product, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return it to us. Please contact our customer service department or email us at info@maxistar-micro.com.

3. Defective product

For returns due to a defective product, you must first provide proof of the defect by sending photos that clearly show the item is damaged or deteriorated. From this point on, all costs are covered by us.

All spare parts and components are guaranteed. In the event of a defective product, MAXISTAR will cover all necessary costs for repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable. All these services are free of charge for the consumer.

This warranty includes shipping, materials and labor, but according to the consumer goods warranty law, the following are excluded from its coverage: characteristics of the product inherent to its nature, as well as damage caused by misuse or inadequate cleaning.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse or improper handling, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized installer when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use.

The warranty will lose its value:

If any of the data on the same or on the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.

After we have received the merchandise in our warehouse and checked its condition, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order, minus the shipping costs, using the same payment method you used when making the purchase.

Please remember to keep the original packaging, as the product will be subject to depreciation if it is not returned in its original packaging. We recommend that, if you are returning an opened product, you repackage it very well with all the protective materials provided by MAXISTAR-MICRO; please bear in mind that it may be damaged during transport, and if we receive it severely damaged, we will have to apply an additional charge to cover the depreciation.

5. What are the return shipping costs?

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of MAXISTAR, i.e., a damaged, deteriorated, defective product or a shipping error, we will always assume all return shipping costs.
